About Best Bali Social Automation

Best Bali Social Automation is an internal social media management and automation system operated for the Best Bali network.
It is used to connect and manage social media accounts that are owned by, operated by, or explicitly authorized for use by Best Bali.

The system helps us manage approved content across supported social platforms, including publishing and managing videos and other social media content, retrieving account and channel information, and maintaining authorized social media integrations.

Google and YouTube Integration

Best Bali Social Automation uses Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API to connect authorized YouTube accounts.
Access is only granted after the Google account holder explicitly authorizes the requested permissions.

Depending on the permissions approved by the account holder, the system may use YouTube API access to:

• identify and retrieve information about authorized YouTube channels;
• upload and manage videos on authorized YouTube channels;
• manage video metadata, captions, comments, ratings, and related YouTube content where required;
• retrieve information needed to operate and monitor the authorized YouTube integration; and
• maintain automated publishing and account-management workflows requested by the authorized account owner.

Best Bali Social Automation does not request access to unrelated Google services and does not use Google or YouTube user data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

How Google User Data Is Handled

Google account credentials such as passwords are never collected by Best Bali Social Automation.
Authentication is handled through Google’s OAuth authorization process.

OAuth credentials and tokens required to maintain authorized integrations are stored in secured technical systems and are used only to provide the social media automation functions authorized by the account owner.
Access is restricted to the minimum operational systems and authorized administrators required to operate the service.

Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used only for the functionality described on this page and in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Revoking Access

A user may revoke Best Bali Social Automation’s access to their Google or YouTube account at any time through their Google Account security and connected-app settings.
Users may also contact us to request disconnection of an authorized social media integration.
