Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to Best Bali Social Automation, an internal social media management and automation system operated for the Best Bali network.

Purpose of the Service

Best Bali Social Automation is used to connect, manage and automate authorized social media accounts and related platform integrations.
The system may assist with publishing content, managing videos and other social media material, retrieving account or channel information, and maintaining authorized platform connections.

Authorized Accounts Only

Best Bali Social Automation may only be connected to social media or Google accounts that are owned by Best Bali or that have been explicitly authorized for use with the system by the account owner or an authorized administrator.

Users must not connect accounts or grant permissions that they are not legally authorized to manage.

Google and YouTube Services

Best Bali Social Automation uses Google OAuth and may use the YouTube Data API to provide authorized YouTube management and automation functions.

Use of Google and YouTube services is also subject to the applicable Google and YouTube terms, policies and account controls.
Users may revoke access through their Google Account at any time.

Platform Permissions

The functions available depend on the permissions granted by the authorized account holder and on the capabilities provided by the relevant platform.
Permissions may include accessing channel information, managing videos and metadata, publishing authorized content, and managing other supported YouTube functions.

Best Bali Social Automation will not intentionally use an authorized account for purposes outside the functions described on our
Social Automation information page.

Security and Account Access

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own Google and social media accounts.
Best Bali Social Automation does not collect Google account passwords.
Authentication is performed through the official authorization mechanisms provided by the relevant platform.

Third-Party Platforms

Best Bali Social Automation depends on third-party services including Google, YouTube and other social media platforms.
Availability and functionality may therefore be affected by platform policies, API availability, technical changes, account restrictions, quotas or service interruptions outside our control.

Suspension or Disconnection

An authorized integration may be disconnected if access is revoked, permissions change, a platform connection becomes invalid, continued use would create a security or compliance risk, or the account owner requests disconnection.

Changes to the Service

The functionality of Best Bali Social Automation may be updated as the Best Bali network develops or as third-party platforms change their APIs, policies and supported capabilities.
These Terms may also be updated when necessary.
