Google and YouTube API Data

Best Bali Social Automation uses Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API to connect and manage YouTube accounts that are owned by Best Bali or have been explicitly authorized for use with our system.

Google User Data We May Access

Depending on the permissions granted by the authorized Google account holder, Best Bali Social Automation may access information associated with an authorized YouTube channel, including channel information, videos, video metadata, captions, comments, ratings and other YouTube information required for the authorized automation functions.

Best Bali Social Automation does not collect or store a user’s Google account password. Authentication is handled directly through Google’s OAuth authorization process.

How We Use Google User Data

• identifying authorized YouTube channels;
• retrieving channel and video information;
• uploading and managing authorized video content;
• managing video metadata, captions, comments and related supported YouTube functions;
• operating approved automated publishing workflows; and
• monitoring the technical operation of authorized YouTube integrations.

Google and YouTube user data is not used for advertising, unrelated profiling or sale to third parties.

Storage and Security

OAuth credentials and tokens required to maintain authorized integrations are stored in secured automation and credential-management systems. Access is restricted to the systems and authorized administrators required to operate the Best Bali Social Automation service.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect authorized account data and credentials against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or misuse.

Sharing of Google User Data

Google user data is not sold. We do not share Google user data with third parties except where technically necessary to operate the authorized automation service, where required by law, or where specifically authorized by the account owner.

Data Retention and Deletion

Google and YouTube data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the authorized integration, maintain required operational records, or meet applicable legal and security requirements.

When an integration is disconnected or access is revoked, authorization credentials that are no longer required are removed or invalidated in accordance with our operational and security procedures.

Revoking Google Access

Users can revoke Best Bali Social Automation’s access to their Google account at any time through their Google Account security and connected-app settings. Users may also contact us to request disconnection or deletion of data associated with an authorized integration.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the applicable Limited Use requirements.

Pinterest API Data

Best Bali Social Automation may use the Pinterest API to connect and manage Pinterest business accounts that are owned by Best Bali or explicitly authorized for use with our system.

Pinterest Data We May Access

Depending on the permissions granted by the authorized Pinterest account, the system may access the account’s own Pins, Boards, profile information and basic performance or analytics data required for authorized publishing, verification and reporting functions.

How We Use Pinterest Data

• creating and scheduling organic Pins;
• managing authorized Boards;
• retrieving the authorized account’s own Pins and Boards;
• checking whether scheduled or published content was processed successfully; and
• retrieving basic performance information for internal reporting and optimization.

Pinterest data is not used for unrelated advertising, unrelated profiling, resale or access to unrelated Pinterest users.

TikTok API Data

Best Bali Social Automation may use Login Kit and TikTok’s official APIs, including supported Content Posting API functions, to connect and manage TikTok accounts that are owned by Best Bali or explicitly authorized for use with our system.

TikTok Data We May Access

Depending on the permissions granted by the authorized TikTok account holder, Best Bali Social Automation may access basic TikTok account or profile information required to identify the authorized account, information required to maintain the authorized connection, and information relating to content submitted or published through the authorized TikTok integration.

Best Bali Social Automation does not collect or store a user’s TikTok account password. Authentication is performed through TikTok’s official authorization process.

How We Use TikTok Data

TikTok data is used only to provide functions authorized by the account holder, which may include:

• identifying the authorized TikTok account;
• maintaining an authorized TikTok account connection;
• uploading or publishing approved video content through supported TikTok APIs;
• checking the status of submitted or published content;
• supporting approved social media publishing workflows; and
• monitoring the technical operation of the authorized TikTok integration.
